How about the documents after shipment?
If ship by sea transport, after machine shipment, we will send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.
When the machine can't work well,what should I do?
1.Engineer is online for 24-hours, they can check the problems and then give you a solutions in two hours.
2.Our machine are with one's year warranty, If any problems of machine parts under "normal use",new machine parts will be sent by air In free.

Do all  products are  warrantied?
Yes.All  products are warranted for one year (some of them warrant 2 years) against defects in materials and workmanship.During this time, we will replace any defective parts for clients with free of charge,sometimes client only pay freight.Upon receipt of the defective parts,  technicians will arrange with you to send replacement parts immediately.This warranty does not cover parts that are worn out through the negligence on the part of the operator nor does it cover consequential damages resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
How much does it cost to use?
There is no cost to use the machine.However, you are responsible for supplying your own materials.Occasionally we require users to purchase their own router bits, depending on how much routing is to be done and the type of material.
